• Correspond and answer queries of International clients effectively and independently on the basis of given guidelines. • Follow up with the current and potential clients over the phone and document the same in the CRM software. • Update and manage the sales pipeline. • Reach the most potential list of prospects as per given guidelines and get their requirements. Handle incoming leads/inquiries. • Use the CRM Report to followup timely on opportunities/leads. • Handle the backend of amazon, e-commerce site, daraz, aliexpress, ebay. Develop business by updating products, information and leads management. • Disseminate order details to operations staff. • Achieve the defined sales target and Key Progress Indictors (KPIs). • Submit reports to the Managers/Directors on the progress of all leads being managed. • There will be weekly/fortnightly meetings with Board members, Operations, HR and Finance personnel to keep the offerings and execution up-to-date.
