The Performance Marketing Manager will report into the Head of Marketing and will work on digital customer acquisition campaigns across multiple markets. The Performance Marketing Manager will create and deploy campaigns across PPC & Paid Social driving customer acquisition for App & Ecommerce, increasing sales and brand awareness. As well as creating audience segments & retention campaigns to support life cycle and promotional campaigns. Working with the wider Performance function the Performance Marketing Manager will propose and implement strategies to increase Conversation Rate, ARPPU & LTV. You must be highly analytical and involve regular reporting to ensure growth targets are hit.
